Affiliates: a free SMS API that pays you!

Today, we've made an addition to our Free SMS API so that you can include your affiliate ID, this means that SMS sent via this API, with your Affiliate ID are credited to your account.

Another change, is that "Locale" can now be omitted, if you are not sure what country the user is sending to. You loose a little mobile number validation, but it's much more flexible.
