Start Time        : Effective Immediately
Reason            : Connectivity issue at carrier side.

Service Impact : MT SMS will not be available for those network at the moment. All messages will be delivered after the connection is available again.

We will send follow-up once the SMS delivery service towards such destination resumed back to production.
